Without not a glance to see
The tears I wiped just in case you did
That poured from the soul of me
You left a silence surrounding me
A void that replaced you here
And everything that we'd built in life
Just crumbled with every tear
What then...When I need you!
And I reach out to hold your hand!
I wonder how a broken heart would cope...
Or ever truly understand

And I remember that you're not there!

Like a pitied unanswered prayer
